Rollingsentiment.io LLC owns and operates a portfolio of residential rental properties in Killeen, Temple, Copperas Cove and the surrounding area. This texting program is used only to dispatch maintenance work orders to our own property manager and contracted maintenance technicians. It is not used for marketing and no messages are sent to tenants or the public.

Who receives messages

Only our property manager and maintenance technicians who have opted in below. Messages contain the work order number, property address, tenant callback number and a short description of the repair, and the technician replies to coordinate the visit.

How to opt in
